Peter and Rita Jassal, originally from Long Island New York, were looking for an opportunity. Rita, having always wanted to own and operate a restaurant that served authentic Indian street food, was ecstatic when Rajbhog foods offered an opportunity to start a new franchise location of Bombay Kitchen. With a proven concept and track record they jumped at the opportunity to join the Bombay Kitchen family and haven’t looked back.
